What are your delivery rates?

Rather than a flat, one-size-fits-all rate card, every CoastGo delivery is priced individually based on distance, package size, and how quickly you need it there. Request a delivery and we'll confirm your exact price directly — before anything is booked.

How do I get a price estimate for my delivery?

Submit a delivery request through our Request a Delivery page with your pickup, drop-off, and package details. Our team will follow up directly with your confirmed price — no need to guess, and no surprise invoice afterward.

Is the quoted price exact, or are there hidden fees?

The price we confirm with you is the price you pay. If anything about your delivery changes after booking — an extra stop, additional wait time, and so on — we'll always confirm any adjustment with you before finalizing your payment request.

How do I actually pay for my delivery?

Once your price is confirmed, you'll receive a secure payment link for that exact amount — or you can pay directly above using our confirmed-fare payment button. No account or card-on-file required.

Do larger packages cost more?

Package size is one of the factors we consider when confirming your price, along with distance and delivery speed. We currently handle deliveries up to a large box or multiple items; we don't handle pallet or freight-sized shipments.

Do you offer discounted pricing for recurring or high-volume deliveries?

Yes. Businesses with regular, high-volume, or contract delivery needs can request custom route pricing — see Business Pricing below.

Do you charge extra for same-day or rush delivery?

Delivery speed is one of the factors that goes into your confirmed price, same as with any courier service. We'll always tell you the full total up front based on how quickly you need it there — never after the fact.

What areas does this pricing apply to?

Our confirmed-pricing model applies throughout our current service area — Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Smithfield, and Isle of Wight County — with Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and Norfolk coming soon.
