Yes. Coastal Care Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation for patients. CoastGo is a separate courier and delivery division, focused on moving packages, documents, and time-sensitive items for businesses — not passengers.
What can you deliver?
Documents, legal filings, office supplies, retail and small-business packages, parts, equipment, administrative records, and general business deliveries. Have something specific in mind? Just ask.
How fast is same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is typically completed within hours of booking, depending on distance and driver availability. Need it faster? Ask about Priority (STAT) delivery.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Smithfield, and Isle of Wight County, with Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and Norfolk coming soon.
Do you offer recurring or route-based service?
Yes — daily interoffice deliveries, pharmacy routes, mail runs, and multi-stop business routes are all available with custom route pricing.
